Project Support Coordinator
Role to include:
· Responsible for client project coordination
· Duties include assigning evaluations, proofing work, invoicing clients and more
· Attention to due dates and customer expectations
· Courteous and helpful attitude with Evaluators and External Customers
· Organize work in priority levels or ask for assistance to do so
· Create and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures for each project
Expectations and responsibilities:
· Proficient with Microsoft Office products with an emphasis on Excel and Google Docs
· Exhibit effective communication skills, written and oral, to subordinates, peers, and supervisors
· Creative thinker, offering new ideas, approaches or procedures
· Effective time management
· Consistently be an advocate of the company
· Proactively look for feedback on progress suggestions and best practices from Directors
· Punctual to scheduled shifts; good record of attendance, complete daily assignments on time
Approximately 10-15 hours per week.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
