- Support programs with general office operations.
- Process contractor applications.
- Track documents through the approval process.
- Provide technical assistance to program applicants.
- Graduate with a High School Diploma or High School Equivalency.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience (substitutions allowed).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of Applications.
- Good telephone skills and customer service.
- Well organized and an ability to pay attention to detail.
