C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time Project Specialist in Jefferson City.

Salary/hours for Project Specialist: $18/hr.; Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Responsibilities for Project Specialist:

• coordinate department activities, including information requests, compiling data & materials and ensuring compliance with deadlines
• prepare travel requests and reimbursement forms; make travel arrangements
• compose correspondence and reports
• maintain department calendars and coordinate meets and conferences (including compiling agendas, room and food set up)
• receive and direct phone calls, visitors and incoming mail

Requirements for Project Specialist:

• bachelor’s degree
• knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Suites
• excellent interpersonal, verbal, organizational, communication, analytical and time-management skills
• understanding of marketing facets
• ability to work with and maintain confidential information
• ability to work within a culturally diverse environment
