In this role you will be Point of contact for all customer-related efforts supporting the Commercial Quality leader. You will be responsible for managing all quality aspects related to Customer product and special project requirements. Responsible for ensuring alignment between Baker Hughes offerings and Customer expectation, while ensuring all critical aspects of customer projects are known, established and followed through.

In this role you will be Point of contact for all customer-related efforts supporting the Commercial Quality leader. You will be responsible for managing all quality aspects related to Customer product and special project requirements. Responsible for ensuring alignment between Baker Hughes offerings and Customer expectation, while ensuring all critical aspects of customer projects are known, established and followed through.
As Product Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Centralized quality assurance and control activities for a given project or group of projects
- Advising Functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures and/or customer requirements
- Contributing to project as a team member or leads small projects
- Handling communication with direct collogues on projects related to customer requirements.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 5+ years' experience in a Quality environment
- Experience in managing large customer contracts or projects
- Ability to coordinate simultaneous projects.
- Strong written and oral communication
- Oil and Gas background preferred
