Key Responsibilities
- Key player in digital transformation driving business excellence.
- Coordinate and execute digital transformation dashboards to drive execution excellence.
- Implement, track and progress project schedules related to customer and talent excellence.
- Key coordinator in commercial excellence through contract reviews, margin drivers
- Coordination of business alignment with corporate initiatives
- Drive standardization through process compilation, stake holder coordination and global adoption.
WE VALUE
- Experience with data analytics highly valued - SQL, Tableau
- Agile adoption highly valued
- Familiarity with JIRA preferred
- Expertise with Microsoft Office including Excel, Teams and SharePoint
- Knowledge of IT and financial systems preferred (Sales Force, etc.).
- Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities
- Improving performance, meeting commitments, and getting results
- Exceeding internal and external customer expectations
- Masters degree and Project Management certification (PMP) preferred.
- Effective communication skills
- Some experience in project management
- Tableau expertise and interest highly valued
