The Construction Project Manager/Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, safety, quality control, and communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract specifications and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues or delays.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely resolution of any project-related issues.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and provide guidance and direction to the on-site construction team.
  • Review and approve subcontractor invoices, change orders, and other project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project status, challenges, and accomplishments.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement, leading by example and promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of company policies, procedures, and best practices to support the company's growth and success.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Field Tradesman, or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management or a related role, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing and completing projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques, as well as relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Procore or Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to job sites.
