THE ROLE
As a Project Manager, your role is to provide great customer service and team building, while always working to improve! You will be managing and generating qualified teams to deliver on the promises made by our sales team. It will be in your role to manage and ensure quality upkeep (inspect what you expect), communications, and scheduling of production work, with customers, operating crews, and corresponding suppliers. Managing inventory on supplies, company tools, company vehicles and equipment. You also need to be willing to perform tasks requiring a speciality touch and training as needed. You will saturate neighborhoods we work to generate more leads/sales and let the community know who we are and what we are here to do.
