Primary Responsibilities:
- Manages lead measure project work and leads epic work including featuring writing.
- Builds strong cross-functional relationships, advocating for the product roadmap, and gathering input from other teams.
- Creates and maintains a roadmap to lay out the program vision.
- Sets goals and milestones for the development of the product(s) that reflects the strategic vision and direction of the Agency Owner program.
- Engages with staff and agency owners to understand and properly address business, technology, and marketing needs.
- Actively write features, navigate the various departments within the company to promote the program, ensure its business and technology needs are accounted for.
- Actively hold other teams accountable and ensure a unified company and program message is shared and understood.
Knowledge and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED. College degree preferred.
- 3 years of project management experience.
- 3 years of technology experience.
- Insurance experience preferred.
- Must possess or quickly acquire knowledge of Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance internal systems and department structure.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organization skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and move projects along.
- Ability to be innovative and think outside of the box.
- Ability to collaborate across the organization and build relationships with management and individual contributors.
