Position Summary
Are you an experience Project Manager looking to join a fast growing company? OWL Services offers great benefits, the ability to travel and an excellent team environment. OWL Services has immediate openings for Project Managers. Our ideal candidate possesses strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to efficiently problem solve. Must have a commitment to producing high-quality work, while being flexible, approachable, and take initiative to get things done with minimal guidance.
Responsibilities
- Able to read/understand blueprints and build to spec with precision and quality
- Manage both our existing pipeline and the development of new opportunities
- Oversee multiple superintendents and their assigned projects
- Motivate the team, track performance, provide metrics
- Review daily reports provided by the superintendents
- Build long term relationships with existing and new customers
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Exceptional time management, accountability, and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated, goal- oriented, and driven to accomplish department goals
- Ability to be organized, problem solve, and be solution oriented
- Ability to support a fast paced, demanding work schedule; could include late evenings and/or weekends when requested
