Core Values:

Core values are who we are. While experience is important, what matters most to us are these 5 values, serving as the foundation of our identity and guiding our every decision.

  • Disciplined: self-motivated
  • Humbly Confident: knows their stuff, but isn't arrogant
  • Always Improving: understands “good enough” isn't (usually) good enough
