Cannon Construction is accepting applications for a well-established, experienced Project Manager. We are looking for a qualified applicant with a background in estimating, managing and walk outs. Must have experience in OSP Fiber construction/Utility/Power or Telecommunication.

Requirements:

• Performing Comcast Walk Out work or similar
• Must be able to take ownership for accomplishing new opportunities
• Ability to meet financial objectives by forecasting, budgeting, scheduling and analyzing variances.
• Must be able to implement change and improvements
• Good communication and teamwork skills-Cannon has a very strong team environment
• Analyze data and troubleshoot issues
• Ability to multi task numerous projects and assignments
• Able to move around easily, walk and stand for several hours a day
• Management or supervisory experience-2+ years
• This position is a Safety Sensitive role

Responsibilities:

• Guides projects to successful completion while producing satisfied customers, maintaining profit margin and facilitating team growth.
• Prepare budget, schedules and scope of quality management.
• Accountable to completion of project goals by ensuring project tasks and client deliverables are accomplished within the prescribed time frame, scope and budget parameter.
• Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
• Prepare and complete action plans, implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
• Resolve problems, complete audits and identify trends.
• Determine system improvements and implement change.
