Job Description
The main function of an IT Project Manager is to oversee the application of project management methodology during all phases of the project cycle, with responsibilities including project design, scope management, cost control, quality and performance reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Process management: The ability to coordinate and streamline the workflow across different teams, such as product, content, and partner teams. This includes setting clear goals, timelines, and deliverables, as well as monitoring and reporting on the progress and outcomes of various initiatives.
- Content management + curation: The ability to research, select, and organize relevant and high-quality content from various sources, such as web, internal and external learning resources etc. This also includes applying editorial standards and branding guidelines, as well as ensuring the content is accurate, up-to-date, and engaging for the target audience. This also includes adapting the tone, style, and format of the content to suit the specific needs and preferences of the audience, as well as following the best practices of SEO, readability, and accessibility.
- Follow-ups: The ability to communicate and collaborate with the product teams and other stakeholders, such as partner teams, to get the information needed.
- Documentation (nice to have): Ability to create clear and concise workflow and technical documentation for partner teams in collaboration with the area owner+ SMEs, to explain the features, benefits, and requirements as well as providing instructions, guidelines, and examples on how to use them effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field strongly preferred.
- 2-4 years’ experience
- Proven project + content management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities
- Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization
- Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions
- Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
