Position: Project Manager, Stores Maintenance and Initiatives
Your Role
Leadership position responsible for directing Preventative and Reactive maintenance of VS&Co. existing store and non-store retail spaces throughout US and Canada. A focus in management of Electrical switchgear, HVAC equipment, Temp cooling and Lighting. Leads in resolution of maintenance escalations and work orders with a focus towards HVAC, Electrical and Lighting. This role works closely with senior leaders to understand, prepare for, and address business needs, market conditions and vendor performance. This role is responsible for managing yearly budgets ranging from $20M - $40M.

Your Impact
- Manages towards strategic goals, priorities and performance measurements.
- Leads in resolution of escalations that affect the health, safety and well-being of associates and customers in addition to mitigating losses to extent possible.
- Proactive management of Electrical switchgear, HVAC equipment and Engineering programs and standards in new Real Estate and existing stores
- Proactive oversight and management of Temp cooling and Lighting programs in existing stores.
- Leads engineering standards for new and existing stores.
- Escalates communication to inform senior leaders.
- Responsible for budget, schedule and quality for areas of focus.
- Leads meetings with diverse project teams (architect, engineer, consultants, vendors).
- Engages call center and CMS platform in the creation and management of maintenance work orders.
- Engages in the identification, implementation and development of a vendor base to properly maintain VS&Co store and non-store facilities.
- Identifies and proposes solutions to resolve issues that can impact project schedule, cost, or design integrity on multiple projects while keeping integrity of initial intent.
- Responsible for partnering and informing SD&C, Finance, Legal and Brand partners of updates to projects and budgets in timely manner.
- Partners with outside vendors, engineers, consultants, and architects on multiple projects at a time.
Travel of 5% - 10% to stores and vendor offices as needed.
Maximum Salary: $145,950.00
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Your Experience
- You B.S. or B.A. degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related area preferred
- Strong organizational, planning, project management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, knows the audience and curates as needed
- High level of influencing capability
- Informed of current industry trends and can accurately assess impact
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
- Technical skills: Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite, FEXA. AutoCAD is a plus.
