About the Role
The successful candidate will be expected to be wear multiple hats and have a desire to be part of a fast-growing team. In this position the Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of multiple teams both internally and externally and ensuring that milestones and timelines are met. The Project Manager will have the responsibility of leading/managing all aspects of the assigned project(s) such as planning, coordination, development, and implementation.
The Project Manager will ensure that the end state of the project and/or business operations meets business and client objective(s) and that all deliverables and due dates are met. This is a highly collaborative process which often requires managing relationships across multiple functional areas internally and externally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, having great attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly.
- Ability to analyze issues, respond and solve problems following through to ensure successful completion of projects.
- Proven communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proven track record in meeting project milestones and negotiating for resources.
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Facilitate project scope, goals, and deliverables and develop full scale project plans.
- Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, working autonomously to complete objectives and determine when escalation of an issue is necessary.
- Track progress and communicates project status regularly to all impacted parties.
- Translate and synthesize quantitative and qualitative findings into actionable recommendations for various teams.
- Identifying problems, prioritizing issues, proposing solutions, and considering implications.
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to both internal and external team members around strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Proven communication skills both written and verbal.
- Attend meetings, record minutes, and help in the creation of staff meeting agendas.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred not required.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 4-6 years of direct project management experience; successfully managing projects that impact multiple teams, departments or functions.
- Creation, Review, Refinement, Analysis of Microsoft Office Documents (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field a plus.
