Position Overview:

This is a permanent full-time Residential Remodeling project management position that will be responsible for coordinating and leading crews and subcontractors to perform quality work in the Southern NH and Northern MA area. The Project Manager will possess the ability to bring jobs in on time and on budget, have thorough residential construction knowledge, excellent client relationship skills, the ability to sell change orders, along with taking the lead on safety. The chosen candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with current building codes and best practices on every job site. This person will reflect G. M. Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of construction/home improvement project management experience
• Crew and subcontractor management experience
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office Suite
• Experience with job costing and change orders
• A high level of integrity, creativity, and attention to detail
• Ability to learn and be coached
• Function well in a collaborative team environment as well as work independently
• An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
