Our team of Project Directors, who have chosen to collaborate with us, come from diverse backgrounds. However, they all have the ability to effectively carry out renovation projects of exceptional craftsmanship, while adhering to the specified timeline and budget constraints.

We provide the opportunity for Project Directors to establish strong connections with real estate agents, create a network of reliable subcontractors and vendors, and have the flexibility to choose the optimal number of projects to handle.

Freemodel is a licensed and insured General Contractor in all states we operate in, allowing you to independently hire subcontractors and directly supervise your work. Subcontractors are thoroughly screened and compensated by Freemodel, while being under your management. If you already have a team, they can participate in Freemodel projects once they successfully pass our screening process.

Requirements

Here’s what we are looking for:

• Experience in residential renovations and contractor and vendor management, with a focus on construction.
• Excellent communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with real estate agents, homeowners, and subcontractors throughout all phases of the project.
• Experience in project management, including the capability to manage projects from beginning to end – from initial planning, defining the scope of work, creating architectural designs, obtaining permits, overseeing labor and materials procurement, and conducting final walk-throughs.
• Proficiency in project management/productivity software, with a preference for Google Workspace and Apple products.

• Compensation Details: This role is a contract position (1099) without benefits. Compensation will be determined by the number and scope of the contracted projects. Project Directors who are supported by Freemodel will receive 50% of the profits from each renovation project they successfully complete.
