Job Description
**THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION**
Our company, Mark III, is in the process of transforming from a construction-based company to a manufacturing-based company providing prefabricated modular rooms and components for medical facilities. Our value proposition to owners is that we can deliver medium and large-scale medical facilities better, faster, and provide higher value by moving construction off-site to our manufacturing facility where we are building full-scale modular construction units and MSK’s (manufactured standardized kits). Over the next five years, Mark III will have reduced the build time of medical projects by 25% and decreased overall cost of construction by 25%. This is not to say that we will no longer offer traditional construction services to our customers, being able to self-perform multi-trade construction is strategically vital. Visit our website for more information on how we are innovating in the construction space. As we continue to live our company’s mission and work towards our vision, we are challenged by shifting our team from a construction-based company to an innovative manufacturing-based company. For Mark III to make this shift, we will be hiring a Project and Customer Satisfaction Manager dedicated to collaboratively working with the project team and customers from design, to manufacturing and installation, all the while providing a top tier customer experience.
