Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Project Manager to join our team! We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a solid working background in audio video, telecommunications, security systems and all things Low Voltage. Your job will be to coordinate our project management team and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute concurrent Low Voltage infrastructure projects
- Review parts lists and confirm solutions design
- Direct and schedule the work of technical staff and onsite resources
- Evaluate new strategies and procedures
- Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
- Maintain required project documentation
- Manage customer expectations for project outcomes and completion
- Coordinate vendors with work orders and documented scopes
Qualifications:
- Previous management experience
- Previous experience in Low Voltage infrastructure buildouts
- Low Voltage Licensing in at least one state
- General construction knowledge
- Specific business knowledge within the Telecommunications Industry
- Ability to manage multiple projects, initiatives, activities, or project teams simultaneously
- Skilled in managing people and processes across geographically diverse locations.
