Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversees daily activities, scheduling of installation personnel to maximize efficiency and real-time utilization of resources
- Ensure smooth coordination of project scheduling, permitting, progress, and deadlines through completion
- Education & Required Skills:
- Superior customer service skills to interact customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable, and well organized
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must read and speak English
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Assess product inventory and creates orders
- Oversees some quoting and job assessment when needed
- Coordinates and assists in the development of any project change orders
- Performs job walks as needed to determine project scope and follow up on jobs in progress
- Follows up on escalated customer service issues or complaints and ensures satisfactory resolution
- Ensures established work standards are adhered to and evaluate department performance
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment on and off-site
- Recommends corrective measures as needed within company guidelines
- Effectively reads, interprets and completes general business documentation
- Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams
- Performs other duties as assigned
