The position is located in Medford, OR, in the Division of Operations Support.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered minimally qualified for this position, you must demonstrate that you have the required specialized experience and/or education for the respective grade level in which you are applying:
Specialized Experience: Applicants must have one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service (obtained either in the private or public sectors) performing the following: (1) Planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing projects to include establishing a system to review, control, and report on project status; (2) Preparing detailed action plans and schedules for long and short-range project accomplishments; (3) Conducting technical reviews, maintenance, and monitoring (Dingell Act/Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF)/Mineral Leasing Act/Land Tenure (Acquisition, Exchange, Disposal)/Easements/Major Rights-of -Way (ROW)/Road Rights-of -Way (RROW)/Leases/Permits and Trespass); (4) Analyzing plans, proposals, or ideas to assess their merits and the potential impact of proposals to make technical changes and develop alternatives to projects; and (5) Creating and implementing long-term, administrative records.
TIME-IN-GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-11 is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-12 level. (Must submit your SF-50 that shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade. No award SF-50 will be accepted).
