Project Manager - ISC EC Transformation
Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Transformation for Supply Chain, Emergency Care, this new role will be responsible for the Project Management of several global Supply Chain Transformation projects including manufacturing site duplications.
Your role:
- Project Manage transformation projects, ensuring successful execution and achievement of business goals.
- Working within the Emergency Care, Supply Chain Transformation team to deliver the business goals. Due to the cross functional nature of the projects, there will be multiple stakeholders to collaborate with.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- General project management including, time scheduling, activities and resource planning, quality planning, risk, and communication management.
- Plan the necessary workstream activities, resources, and durations; define the constraints and identify the conflict resources and risks.
- Co-ordinate with stakeholders to identify the project risk, severity, and probability, manage the mitigation and report to management.
- Ensure project complaint to the process quality and related regulation.
You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or business, with an emphasis on strategy, organizational science, and/or supply chain/operations management.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Experience in manufacturing or supply chain organizations, preferably in an internationally operating company, is desired
- Functional expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, and other operations functions is desired
- Track record of successfully managing multiple work streams in parallel and adjusting priorities as needed to deliver results against time-sensitive deadlines, showing a high level of independent judgement and proactivity; willing and able to lead individual projects to accelerate results.
- Demonstrated active listening skills to provide feedback, facilitate problem solving, decision making, and issue resolution
- Strong communicator, both verbal and written, with executive presence and the ability to influence across functions and all levels of an organization
- Financial, quantitative, and analytical skills; able to baseline and track operational KPIs; demonstrated track-record for drawing accurate conclusions from diverse quantitative and qualitative data and then developing actionable, prioritized business solutions
- Strong ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and garner buy-in (focus on customer orientation).

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $112,112 to $192,192, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
