• Manage project activities that support program management including calendaring, vendor management, content management, and global communication.
• Build cross-functional relationships between departments and with external vendors.
• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities while minimizing risk.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders.
• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
• Direct, review and approve deliverable designs and changes.
• Consult or negotiate with internal stakeholders to prepare project specifications.
• Provide expertise and data analysis of the Business Partners for Agencies program KPIs, cross-functional initiatives, and strategic plans.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and project management software, such as Asana.

Education/Experience:

• 3+ years' experience in project management coordination
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• Event and educational workshop management experience preferred.

Must-Have Skills:

• Cross group collab: Stakeholders data scientist/marketing scientist, transforming technical content for easy-to-understand dashboards.
• Project management/budget management skills
• Communication, write posts, go to market team (documentations)

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Training experience (facilitating training and education sessions)
• Web Development and Event Management skills
