Specialty Stair and Rail Contractor/Fabrication Company is looking for a highly
skilled individual with experience in Project Management, Architectural Design, and
Drafting to become an integral part of our team!
Project Management position will continue to develop evolving company
standards and templates for an exciting new product line that is quickly becoming a
go-to for manufacturers, distributors, builders, and designers across the entire country.
Position has a unique opportunity for exponential growth. Familiarity with
Architectural Millwork and Stair Balustrade Parts is a plus. Position requires a minimum
of 3-year commitment to assist in the growth of the company.

Responsibilities:
● Drafting for new staircase fabrication projects.
● Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines.
● Estimating and scheduling construction projects.
● Ability to read and interpret architectural plans.
● Ability to communicate verbally and in writing is required for this position.
● Current WA State driver's license.
● Basic computer skills in a Mac based environment.
Qualifications:
● Previous experience in operations or other related fields
● Strong project management skills
● Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
● Strong leadership qualities
Experience:
● Can perform Essential Mathematics calculations.
● Ability to visit and navigate constructions sites.
● Proficiency in AutoCAD 2024 using a Mac environment required
● Sketchup, Sketchup Layout and Rhino 3d a plus
● Previous experience working in the staircase industry.
