Position Summary

The Project Manager role plays a key role in our overall strategy and development to assure operational objectives and other strategic business initiatives are met. Focuses on projects and support for CVS Accountable Care clinical leadership.

Primary responsibilities to include the following:

  • Supports leadership with day-to-day operation.
  • Helps with onboarding and organizing/maintaining resources for the team in a virtual environment.
  • Oversees and assists with managing multiple projects for CVS Accountable Care clinical team and their leadership.
  • Works with advisers from key functional areas to understand potential project impact on the organization, align project work, and execute activities accordingly.
  • As identified by leadership, works with internal/external customers, constituents, and business partners.
  • Supports leadership in achieving strategic goals and objectives of CVS Accountable Care to ensure we are meeting our Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and help support a KPI-driven culture.
  • Assist leadership team to develop and participate in the development of presentations for existing and prospective customers, business partners and internal business areas on services, capabilities, and performance results.
  • Assists with preparing reporting dashboards for provider and Sr. Leadership meetings.
  • Supports clinical leadership with administrative duties including scheduling meetings, travel and submitting expense reports as needed.
  • Proactively evaluates project activities, builds contingency plans, executes corrective action, and monitors issue resolution to mitigate risks such as scope and/or budget variances.
  • Works with leadership to negotiate resources to meet high priority department objectives.
  • Acts as a liaison and fosters communication between departments, committees, and leaders within CVS Accountable Care Organization.
  • Performs research and analysis to supplement and assist with program initiatives and projects.
  • Maintains ongoing interaction and follow-up with clinical and administrative business leaders.


Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of administrative, project coordination, and/or quality experience.
  • 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare project management
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Strong business acumen, systems knowledge and can perform reasonability checks


Education

  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $132,600.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
