In this Project Manager role, you will work independently and collaboratively in planning, budgeting, contracting, coordinating, managing, and closing projects associated with asset management operations.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day progress of Tenet Improvement, Capital and Special Facilities Projects
- Develop project plans for Tenant Improvement works
- Assist in the creation and monitoring of project budgets
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, tenants, and vendors
- Collaborate with the Property Management teams to plan and coordinate tenant move-in and move-out processes
- Collaborate with the Director of Facilities and Portfolio Manager to develop detailed project plans for capital initiatives
- Create and maintain project trackers for project status, highlighting key milestones and timelines
Schedule: Monday - Friday - Flexible Hours
Project Manager Criteria:
- 2+ years of construction and/or tenant improvement project management experience
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Pay: $85K + DOE
