Summary

 

To work as active member of the Operations teams to develop and execute fulfillment strategy to drive SohoPro with eero built in integrated solutions to the Connected Community's marketplace through new and existing channels. Provide guidance and direction to external stakeholders, and the Primex Commercial team including Product Management, Engineering, Sales and Inside Sales teams, and Customer Operations.

                   

We are currently seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our esteemed operations team, taking a pivotal role in developing and executing the fulfilment strategy for the SohoPro with eero built-in integrated solution. This multifaceted role extends to overseeing sales operations, ensuring seamless coordination between various teams to drive market presence within the connected community marketplace through both new and existing channels.

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Ensure assigned projects are completed on schedule and on budget.
  • Help identify opportunities for significant improvement in manufacturing operations.
  • Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings, outlining roles, responsibilities, and project milestones.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
  • Implement project management methodologies to track progress, identify potential risks, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management and Operations teams to implement efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
  • Work with quality control teams to develop and implement quality assurance procedures and maintain product compliance with industry standards.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, keeping them informed about project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
  • Solicit proposals from vendors/ contractors to address the project requirements and specifications. Together with operations and/or sales teams, evaluate proposals received.
  • Allocate resources effectively to ensure the timely completion of projects while optimizing productivity.
  • Identify and address any resource constraints or challenges that may impact project delivery.
  • Contribute to efforts to implement lean manufacturing principles and other improvement initiatives.
  • Proactively identify potential project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project risks and implement contingency plans as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project reports, status updates, and final documentation upon project completion.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to management and other stakeholders.
  • Spearhead comprehensive project management for the end-to-end fulfilment of the SohoPro with eero integrated solution.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and logistics, to guarantee the flawless execution of the fulfilment strategy.
  • Devise and implement effective market strategies to introduce and amplify the integrated solution's impact within the connected community marketplace.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with new channels, partners, and stakeholders to broaden the reach of the SohoPro with eero solution.
  • Exercise diligent oversight of inventory management, logistics, and supply chain activities to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Analyze market trends, discern customer feedback, and monitor competitor activities to refine and adapt the fulfilment strategy accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize product placement and visibility within existing channels.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators related to fulfilment, sales operations, and market penetration.

 

Professional Experience

 

  • Proven experience in a telecom sales and manufacturing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of North America ISP and Residential customers and markets, specific to relationship between Property owner's, builders, and developers and ISP's and installers.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and sales and channel management practices.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with lean six-sigma manufacturing principles and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, preferably in roles encompassing fulfilment, operations, and sales.
  • Profound understanding of the connected community marketplace, coupled with experience in promoting integrated solutions.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills essential for fostering effective collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans aimed at driving product adoption and enhancing market penetration.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Results-oriented approach, dedicated to achieving project milestones and overarching business objectives.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Travel required.

 

Education / Certifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
