Position Overview:
As a Project Manager for the Bioanalytical team, you will act as the primary point of contact for the project work for internal and external customers. This involves a high volume of a variety of studies and includes managing client and study communication to execute projects against defined milestones, timelines, and financial projections. Use of appropriate tools to support the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and completion of projects, to ensure teams deliver on client commitments.
Your success is demonstrated by:
Being the clients advocate within the Bioanalytical organization
Gathering and providing visibility to client expectations
Communicating study updates to client
Coordinating internal teams to deliver per timelines
Providing data for capacity projections
Ensuring appropriate scheduling / resource management to allow on-time delivery
Escalating and facilitating issue resolution
Contract review and project budget, financial reconciliation
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (life sciences)
- Project management certification desirable
Experience/Qualifications:
3 years of industry experience in a relevant field
Project Management experience is preferred
Client facing experience required
Strong critical thinking and organizational kills
Knowledge of process excellence processes, tools and activities
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
Proven ability to prioritize and manage time
