SalarySuvoda is seeking a Project Manager to join our Product Team! This individual will be someone that has a background in developing project plan scopes, has experience working with stakeholders, and holds a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies. Responsibilities:
- Develop project plan with scope, milestones, schedules, and resources
- Track project progress and report project status to all stakeholders
- Manage and track changes to scope, priorities, schedules and resources.
- Facilitating agile ceremonies, including PI planning, daily stand-up, sprint retrospectives, backlog grooming, sprint planning and other meetings as needed.
- Work closely with development and QA managers to coordinate task schedule and resource allocation, resolve conflicts, and maintain full visibility of multiple projects
- Anticipate, manage and resolve issues and act as the point of contact for the project
- Ensure project documents are complete, current and available for staff and leadership review.
- Identify and mitigate any potential issue that may impact the deliverables of software releases
- Work with development and QA managers to streamline and refine practices
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with project management concepts, principles, and practices
- Solid understanding of SDLC and scaled agile using industry standard methodologies
- Ability to manage projects of medium scope and complexity
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and capability of influencing without authority
- Ability to work with a globally distributed and diverse teams.
- Experience with Project Management tools like Jira, Confluence, Power-BI, Microsoft Office, etc.
Experience:
- 3+ years of professional experience in managing software development projects
