Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead our project initiatives, utilizing agile methodologies to exceed project objectives. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a talent for empathy, strategic planning, and fostering innovative solutions. You will play a pivotal role in managing resources, timelines, and client relationships, ensuring the success and growth of our projects and accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Project Initiatives: Spearhead project initiatives, engaging in detailed planning, continuous iteration, and strategic adaptations to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
• Empower through Empathy: Utilize empathy to understand the needs of both team members and clients, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Manage Resources and Timelines: Oversee the allocation of project resources and management of timelines, ensuring optimal resource utilization and project momentum.
• Primary Liaison for Client Relations: Act as the main contact for clients, developing trust-based relationships and providing expert advice to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
• Identify Opportunities for Account Growth: Recognize and capitalize on opportunities within projects to drive additional growth and expand accounts.
• Develop Comprehensive Project Documentation: Create detailed project documentation, including operational manuals, workflows and timelines, to ensure stakeholder alignment and transparent communication.
• Excel in Account Management: Strategically manage client accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and aligning project initiatives with client business objectives.
• Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions, maintaining open lines of communication.
• Utilize Insights: Gather and analyze project data to refine strategies and address challenges proactively.
• Foster Creative Problem-Solving: Encourage a creative and innovative environment, viewing challenges as opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong understanding and experience with Agile methodologies preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Compensation: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position is between $85k to $120K annually. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is based on several factors including market location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training, as well as Inviso’s differing lines of business.
