JOB SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for someone to lead the re
-occupancy of a building in NYC. Someone with facilities or construction experience, who knows a little about buildings and building systems. This is mostly a boots on the ground coordination effort, tasks will include things like:
*Coordinate vendors to assess and repair HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire life safety systems
*Coordinate the purchase, delivery and installation of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), per space plan (provided by Nordstrom)
*Coordinate technology and security system vendors (technical direction will come from Nordstrom)
*Work with Nordstrom teams to orient (issue access badges, physical space) employees who will be assigned to this site
*Establish office services (janitorial, breakroom services, etc) with Nordstrom support (this person will do the on
