About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at X-Bow Launch Systems, Inc. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the successful execution of critical projects that drive innovation in space launch technology.

• Lead and manage complex aerospace projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify and allocate resources, including personnel and equipment, for project tasks.
• Monitor project progress, assess and manage risks, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Report project status and results to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects adhere to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project teams.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the aerospace industry.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of aerospace and space launch technologies is a plus.
• PMP or other project management certification is desirable.
