Your Role
Project Manager
Work Location: 16351 W Glendale Ave, Litchfield Park, AZ 85340

As a Project Manager with us, you're a self-starter and motivated with expert overall operations, safety, and warehouse understanding. As we grow in the Semi-Conductor market, we need your overall expertise to support exponential growth. You will also provide ongoing and frequent communication between our internal teams and the customers to deliver the right product at the right time and price to ensure a long-term partnership is established between our customer and TransPak
What You'll Be Doing
Project Tracking
- Attend daily and weekly manager and customer meetings for project action and updates
- Ability to attend customer meetings, on- or off- site
- Work with operations to solve customer needs and problems
- Handle all levels of communication and challenges from internal and external customers and suppliers
- Communicate daily between internal/external customers to meet customer requirements
- Ability to create and present PowerPoint presentations
- Ability to manage a current project task boards via Smartsheet's, Monday.com, and Excel
- Develop work instructions/guides
- Ability to create Gantt Charts/Timelines, develop tracking format for projects
- Ability to follow-up or act on completion of project tasks
- Example
- Brainstorming and process mapping sessions
- Investigation of problems
- Collaborate solutions
- Ability to identify, develop a plan, execute, and verify project plan for process improvements
- Analyze projects for ROI
Operational / ERP / Process Management
- Ability to learn on-site ERP application, eventually to backfill and support during escalations
- Build org charts
- Process maps
- Communicate process failures
- Support in billing tasks and inquiries
- Ability to lead a team to deploy a project
Warehouse Facility / Equipment
- High level facility maps
- For equipment guide/placement
- Ability to work in the warehouse for project specific tasks
- Ability to work with small team to execute warehouse related projects
- Coordinate with contractors/vendors on building maintenance and enhancements
- Support business development tasks such as customer expansion through lead generation/future customer research, professional client presentations or other related special projects
What We'd Like to See from You
Required Qualifications
- Prefer 3+ years of experience in operations, safety, and warehouse, customer service, sales/marketing or administrative support roles
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) to create professional invoices, quotes, pivot tables, and presentations
- Ability to use search tools (e.g. Google) for research or vendor sourcing projects
- Proven ability to interface in a collaborative, professional and solutions-oriented manner
- Willing to learn the business and contribute to continuous improvement of our team
- Ability to manage time and priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree
