IT Project Manager / Solutions Analyst
Location: Eastern U.S.A. Will need to accommodate eastern time zone for meetings.

The Project Manager (Solutions Analyst) role at TekStream is to assist in the management of significant delivery initiatives for Fortune 500 clients. This role is a dual role comprising of:
- Project Management
- Business Analyst
High Level Duties:
Responsible for management of the entire project lifecycle from project definition/scope through implementation and project shutdown.
- Identify, coordinate, and manage resources and key stakeholders for project.
- Develop project plan and drive project milestones.
- Estimate the scope of work to develop budgets and facilitate resourcing decisions.
- Perform functional analysis, document requirements, and develop use cases.
- Develop test cases and oversee the QA process.
- Employ project management methodologies and tools, such as MS Project, to deliver projects on time, at/under budget, and within scope.
- Ensure effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.
- Manage all communication plans, training and documentation. Communicate project status to all stakeholders on a regular basis throughout the lifecycle of the project.

- Ongoing aggregate project portfolio revenue value of approximately $2,000,000 or less.
- 80% of time dedicated to the successful support and completion of client engagements.
- 10% of time dedicated to supporting internal solution capabilities building.
- 10% of time dedicated to pre-sales activities in the pursuit of new r opportunities.
- 3-12 years full lifecycle enterprise support of IT initiatives in a functional and/or techno functional capacity including Business Analysis, Project Management, and professional consulting.
- 1 + years of experience with Web technologies or related legacy technologies with could include Interaction Portal (aka ALUI / formerly known as AquaLogic User Interaction), Content / Oracle Universal Content Management (UCM) / Stellent or BPEL/BPM development.
- Bachelor's Degree minimum with Computer focus which could include Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Computer Applications.
