Business Unit/Department: Process Systems and Solutions Group
Location: Lawrence, PA
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop project execution plans and operating procedures for projects involving multi-divisional parts and services
- Identify customer expectations and verify alignment with project scope
- Develop projects from scoping to planning to implementation, ensuring Successful customer outcomes
- Ensure that all project deliverables are on-time, within scope and within budget
- Reconcile proposal documents against customer purchase orders (scope, price, terms, schedule)
- Maintain regular communication and resolve issues with customers
- Monitor project health for reporting and escalating status to management as needed
- Manage relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Confirm, communicate and monitor project resources, project product plans, and project financial plans
- Maintain and monitor internal business systems (resources, invoice schedule, etc.)
- Balance project risk and uncertainty through risk management and mitigation plans
- Coordinate project closure with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
- Travel to on-site customer engagements, approximately 10%-20% of typical work week
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate: •
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience with industrial engineering projects
- Will have proven ability to maintain and develop high customer satisfaction and relationships with both internal and external customers
- Will have ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Will have ability to work on a team including gathering and disseminating detailed information
- Will possess excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Will have extensive experience with process automation and control systems• Must be proficient with computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Must be willing to expand knowledge with company supplied training
- ERP experience highly desired; IFS experience a plus
