Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for telecommunications? STONE Resource Group, representing a dynamic company in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a talented individual to join our client's team as a DAS Project Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in overseeing DAS projects to make a significant impact in a growing company.
Core Responsibilities:
- Maintain schedule for all construction teams in cooperation with the Construction Manager.
- Take overall responsibility for project finances and effectively communicate status updates to the CM.
- Oversee materials and equipment costs for each project, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Conduct weekly project status meetings with the CM and VP Ops to ensure alignment and progress tracking.
- Manage document control for all projects, including contract review, submittals, project closeouts, tracking change orders, and coordination of billing.
- Act as the interface between DAS construction crews and the accounting department, facilitating smooth communication and operations.

- In-building Wireless & Cellular Amplification Systems
- Single & Multi-Carrier Systems
- Radio Frequency Coverage Testing
- RF Consulting & System Design
MUST HAVE Skillsets:
- Proven ability to manage schedules and budgets in a construction setting.
- Hands-on experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Excellent internal communication skills to ensure effective team collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to organize projects and keep track of numerous details.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project or other scheduling software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.

Benefits: You will be eligible for full benefits through the end client (health, dental, vision, PTO, 401k). Compensation will be based upon relevant experience ($85,000 - $105,000).
