As a very well-renowned contractor, a Project Manager/Estimator position with our team will present you the opportunity to work with some of the most prestigious companies in the nation, from up & coming startups to Fortune 100 companies. Our existing clientele consist of Lyft, Bain & Co., CBRE, JLL, Redfin, Uber, Pokémon, the University of Washington, Microsoft, and many more. See the responsibilities of the role below...
Responsibilities
- Respond to RFPs, bid preparation, budgets, ROMs, etc.
- Act as liaison between client and general contracting team; client Point of contact
- Work alongside field management to develop detailed project schedules
- Estimating/takeoffs/etc.
- Establish client, subcontractor, and industry relations.
- Oversee procurement, cost, and change management during project.
- Lead weekly project meetings with client and subcontractors.
- Oversee project progress from cradle to grave.
- Manage all aspects of project accounting, financial projections and reporting, etc.
- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Qualifications
- Experienced estimator on tenant finish/Tenant Improvement projects in the Denver Metro
- Experienced project manager (tenant finish projects)
- Interest in business development and relationship building
- Extensive network of local subcontractors and vendors
- Entrepreneurial spirit... someone looking to GROW A TEAM

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
