Company Background

Small Northern Virginia based Contractor looking to add an APM to the team. IAM Services was founded with the intention of being a small, family owned business who maintains a reputation of honesty, reliability, and consistency. Position offers the chance to gain exposure to a variety of mechanical and plumbing projects, including both renovations and new construction. Our company focuses on training and development, with the goal of promoting from within so this job offer comes with opportunities for growth. This position is based out of our office in Warrenton, Virginia.

Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Developing budgets for projects.
• Collect subcontractor quotes and put them into a budget spreadsheet.
• Take construction meeting notes and follow-up on tasks to be performed.
• Document control including updating record drawings, managing submittal process, managing RFI process, changer orders and dissemination of information.
• Perform daily project management-related tasks as directed.
• Scheduling material and resource procurement to ensure on-time project completion.
• Maintaining accurate job records and updated schedules and expenses.
• Complete close out procedures.

• Experience as an APM or PM capacity ideally at another commercial contractor

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
