Job Description:
The Project Manager is a critical role tasked with the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects while ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. This leadership position requires profound project management skills, a robust understanding of systems engineering, and adeptness in IT operations and maintenance. It calls for a dynamic individual capable of navigating complex projects and delivering results that align with the client's needs and expectations. The Project Manager will work closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and the Program Manager to ensure optimal project performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, with 10 years related experience, or Master's Degree with 8 years related experience
At least one Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred
Proven project management experience in IT with high-value, complex projects
Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
Strong business acumen and the ability to work effectively under pressure
Advanced knowledge of systems engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices
Experienced in Agile methodologies, with PMP or equivalent certification highly regarded
Working knowledge of ITSM and Cloud services management
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
Proficiency in using project management software tools
Ability to obtain telemetry data to support network and systems requirements per client's needs
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage IT projects from inception to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget
Act as a key liaison between the client, stakeholders, and technical teams to translate complex requirements into actionable plans
Develop and track detailed project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
Organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans
Perform team management, maintaining a positive, productive atmosphere and ensuring alignment with project objectives
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to integrate new technologies and provide ongoing support
Ensure quality assurance and complete adherence to all regulatory and contractual obligations
Reflect an understanding of business cases and an appreciation of financial/analytical issues and profit and loss implications
Apply ITIL practices in service delivery, including incident, problem, change, and release management
Support and enable efforts in service optimization and the transition to managed services
