Position Summary: Manage all facets of assigned client program(s) by recruiting, scheduling and coaching evaluators, ensuring timely completion of high-quality field work, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Essential Duties:
- Recruit, coach, and schedule evaluators to conduct mystery shop evaluation projects using the Apollo online system and outside resources.
- Track project scheduling and confirm timely project completion.
- Provide client(s) with regular project updates via client’s preferred method of communication.
- Build relationships and establish trust and credibility via oral and verbal communication & feedback to clients on an on-going basis.
- Manage the reporting needs of the client.
- Monitor late evaluations and projects; reschedule when necessary.
- Review incoming completed shop reports for adherence to client project objectives, validation of details, and for missing or incorrect data.
- Coordinate with quality control/editing staff or contractors to ensure quality of work and quick turnaround.
- Submit edited reports to client prior to deadlines.
- Maintain awareness of trends and events within clients’ industries and corporate environments.
- Conduct regular client invoicing/billing and confirm prompt payment; follow up on past dues.
- Participate in team and company meetings.
- Periodically update client location and manager records.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree. 3+ years’ related experience may be accepted in lieu of a college degree.
- 1 year of related work experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Proficient mathematical skills for calculating evaluator fees, deductions, and bonuses.
- Ability to quickly learn BARE’s proprietary database systems, including having current knowledge of web-based database system navigation.
- Exemplary professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated history of active listening and asking for clarification when needed.
- Proven ability to convey facts in writing using concepts and language the reader will best understand.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and find creative solutions to challenges using available resources.
- History of successfully managing multiple projects at different stages in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and demonstrate self-motivation and resourcefulness.
- Proven track record of achieving outstanding results with little-to-no direct oversight.
- Demonstrated ability to earn others’ trust and respect through consistent honesty and professionalism in all interactions.
- Proven ability to diplomatically handle occasional challenging interpersonal interactions.
- History of contributing to a positive team spirit.
