- Must possess demonstrated application of comprehensive Project Management processes and principles.
- Must be able to proactively assess overall project/program risks related to scope, schedule and cost impacts and present risk mitigation or resolution options.
- Must have strong reasoning ability and analytical skills to examine complex problems and propose innovative solutions.
- Must be able to effectively communicate technical issues/concepts to multiple levels of leadership and stakeholders.
- Possesses and demonstrates strong leadership and strategic planning skills and management practices.
- Ability to provide guidance and mentoring support to other Project Management team members.
- B.S. in Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent field; equivalent experience with customer approval.
- Minimum of 3-5 years directly related work experience managing technical and/or civil construction projects.
- Project Management knowledge required.
- Must be able to assess the potential financial impact of a project to the Company.
- Must possess the ability to review complex problems and propose innovative solutions.
- Must be able to build solid business cases/project justifications.
- Salary Range: $104,000.00 - $166,400.00 per year.
- Hybrid: 50% in the field and 50% remote
