We currently have a career opportunity for an outgoing, purpose-driven, organized Project Manager who will take great pride in helping Specialty Smile Partners doctor recruiting team partner with talented, outgoing, and motivated doctors to provide truly extraordinary patient experiences while supporting the highest quality dental care.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Project manage full-cycle recruitment process including job requisitions, marketing, and outreach, coordinating interviews, clinic visits and supporting candidates through their entire recruitment process.
- Collaborating with Founder, Marketing, Human Resources and Operations to create a seamless process for both team members and doctor candidates.
- Deploying innovative and effective strategies to create a strong candidate pipeline and continued communication with all candidates and contacts.
- Complete coordination of dental trade shows and event participation.
- Ensure effective tracking of all candidate’s status, interests, and other notes and manage weekly meetings for our doctor recruitment team.
- Continually develop strategic initiatives including strategy, marketing, and identifying and implementing best practices for doctor recruiting.
- Faciliate presentations for students, residency programs, and other dental groups.

Position Details:
- Ability to travel as necessary - Up to 40% travel
- Events and set-up
- Residency/School visits and presentations
- Candidate site visits
- Compensation Base salary - $65,000 - $95,000 + Results Bonuses
- Salary is negotiable depending on experience
- Primary work location - Hybrid - w/Travel - Base location must be ( Colorado, Wisconsin, Minnesota) near major airport.
- Evening and weekend availability for events and site visits
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs - Event setup
