Work you'll do

• Project Plan coordination, review, and submission

• Risk, Issue, and Decision Tracking, and submission

• Onboarding/Offboarding Coordination and Tracking

• Onboarding material management

• Resource tracker management; subcontractor hours tracking

• Meeting minutes support

• Liaising with leadership on key workstreams for updates

• Coordination support for leadership meetings

• Travel expense tracking

Qualifications
Required:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
• Ability to travel 50% or more based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• 3+ year's of Project Management experience

Preferred:

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project
• Prior experience with helping manage PMO, SOP development, coordination support, onboarding/ offboarding, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
