Embark on an exciting career as a Interior Design Consultant with Rove Concepts, providing exceptional virtual and in-person design solutions for an unforgettable experience. Please note that this role is contract-based and project-focused, offering flexibility and autonomy as you collaborate with clients to bring their vision to life.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Engage and Consult: Initiate warm and professional virtual interactions with customers, creating a positive and lasting impression.
  • Customization and Recommendations: Assist customers in selecting and customizing furniture pieces to meet their unique needs and preferences, providing expert advice on design options and material selections.
  • Utilize Cutting-edge Technology: Harness the power of Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Studio X to create immersive and interactive virtual experiences, showcasing our furniture offerings in innovative ways.
  • Interior Design Expertise: Offer expert advice on interior design trends, color schemes, and furniture placement, ensuring customer satisfaction and bringing their visions to life.
  • Seamless Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently in the virtual environment, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable purchasing experience.
  • Collaborate and Maintain: Collaborate with the team to maintain the visual appeal of the online platform, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing virtual shopping experience.
  • Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends and new product releases, enabling effective communication with customers.
  • Sales Targets: Strive continuously to meet and exceed virtual sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the brand.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Interior Design Experience: Previous experience as an Interior Designer, especially in a virtual or online capacity, is preferred. However, we welcome applications from entry-level designers with a passion for the field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and virtual communication skills, building rapport and establishing lasting relationships with customers.
  • Passion for Design: A deep passion for interior design with a keen eye for detail.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation, genuinely desiring to help customers bring their virtual design visions to life.
  • Tech-savvy: Familiarity with AR, VR, and technology-driven sales approaches is a plus.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
