As a Project Executive, you should be able to not only conceptualize, estimate, and propose creative mechanical solutions for various construction projects, but also cultivate long-term partnerships, successfully manage sold projects through the complete project cycle, and close sales with a profitable outcome.
Project Executive Responsibilities:
- Encourage and assist a solid team that embodies the company’s corporate culture.
- Promote and foster lifelong, trusted relationships with your customers.
- Conceptualize, estimate, and suggest mechanical solutions for various opportunities at the request or requirement of customers, and complete the sale.
- Manage sold projects through the whole project cycle to a successful finish while adhering to department processes.
- Be a visionary leader for operational excellence and continual development.
Project Executive Background Profile:
- A track record of delivering excellent, detailed work.
- Thorough understanding of commercial mechanical HVAC construction projects.
- Someone with a high level of ownership and outstanding work ethic.
- Enthusiasm for and skill with mechanical systems.
- Should be driven by continuous learning and acquiring new knowledge on a daily basis.
- Can thrive in a dynamic, outcome-focused setting where you will be encouraged to exceed expectations, assume additional responsibilities, and achieve greater results each year.

Compensation: $90,000 - $105,000 + commissions and bonuses; expected total compensation to be $140,000+
