The candidate should have a passion to tackle complex problems and help develop innovative solutions, attain a self-motivated pro-active attitude, inquisitiveness, and eagerness to learn, and demonstrate ownership with the drive to troubleshoot issues methodically and deliver under pressure. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you'll interact with colleagues in various lines of business to learn about opportunities and challenges and translate those insights into high-quality solutions. Whilst the role proven track record of driving delivery, it also hinges on teamwork. You'll offer clear guidance and feedback to the team while promoting the values, culture, and brand of JPMorgan Chase.

As an experienced member of our Project Delivery Group, you'll be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, as well as partner continuously with your many stakeholders daily to stay focused on common goals. Job responsibilities

  • Planning and executing marketing programs to ensure that we optimize our interactions across the Sales journey for each Product provided through the Payments organization
  • Create meaningful and relevant content that has compelling narratives for a range of mediums
  • Crafting persuasive presentations for Senior Audiences to gain support for your Product’s vision and direction
  • Measuring the impact and effectiveness of campaigns, including preparing presentations of findings.
  • Project manage the team’s book of work, proactively providing updates to team and partners.
  • Ability to prioritize, and re-prioritize, projects as business requirements shift.
  • Responsible for headcount management, keeping track of financials for workforce, infrastructure, and vendor spend
  • Support the team to improve and apply good agile practices.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • A team player who is flexible and can maintain both a positive attitude and a high level of performance in demanding/time-sensitive initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to articulate complex ideas, concepts, and solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working with a wide audience varying in degrees of seniority, and ability to develop effective relationships with key business partners
  • Knowledge of Jira, Microsoft Office suite
  • A banking and payments domain background is a plus
