Job Responsibilities:
  • Performance Management/Data Analysis
    • Maintain deep understanding of current existing MSA/contract with client, including knowledge of KPIs, reporting requirements, and key deliverables, particularly any scope items listed as and considered fee-at-risk
    • Maintain and update of KPIs in Momentum (JLL platform)
    • Actively and regularly monitor account teams' performance against KPIs
      • Proactively solicit information (following-up if needed) to ensure adherence
    • Collect and validate data for monthly IFM report. Prepare and issue report to client and JLL stakeholders in accordance with reporting KPI
      • Analyze corrective/preventative maintenance work order data to identify procedural or performance gaps and assist with presenting findings to client
    • Collect and validate data for quarterly business report (QBR). Prepare and issue report to JLL stakeholders prior to QBR presentation. Conduct QBR presentation, collecting client feedback for follow-up and future address
    • Implement benchmarking support utilizing data from multiple sources to tell a story or educate the team, with direction and guidance from Center of Excellence (COE) lead
    • Assist COE lead with annual review and revision of account KPIs and SLAs, and prepare and issue updated documentation to client and account teams
  • Account Coordination/Support
    • Lead account-wide communication and employee engagement efforts and generally provide organization and structure
      • This may include planning, coordinating, and facilitating virtual and in-person social events
    • Maintain team PTO/OOO calendar in Sharepoint, including entering data as necessary for team members without access
      • Coordinate with HR to validate time entered against individuals' allotted days
    • Manage account/client portal, including access for team members and maintenance of information contained within
      • Participate in the development and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for data management tools
    • Receive and distribute physical mail as necessary
    • Work with team leadership to help manage the overall team goals
    • Maintain the process, including documentation and supporting materials, for employee on boarding and off boarding.
    • Obtain daily incident report log from facility managers and send daily report to JLL and client stakeholders
  • Client/COE Initiatives Support
    • Assist COE lead with management of COE scope and tracking of initiatives
    • With guidance from COE lead, promote and enable the import and export of best practices to and from JLL, and link the account to emerging practices in the industry and the BI/data fields
    • Facilitate team trainings and forums
    • As needed, provide support for closing out projects, assisting with issuing POs and processing invoices, data entry for Lease Administration and other miscellaneous tasks

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is strongly preferred
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge and success in the following: strategic thinking, proactive communication, whole systems perspective, partnership building, strong organizational agility, and creativity
  • Ability to collaborate across many levels within JLL and client organizations
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of identifying potential issues proactively and formulating solutions and contingency plans
  • Prior use of systems and tools used to extract and analyze data
  • Strong Microsoft suite skills
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills to prepare and communicate material where detailed (technical) description, explanation and the accurate use of specialized terminology is necessary
  • Provide sound judgment, initiative, resourcefulness, tenacity, and the flexibility to operate independently in a fast-paced environment

Estimated compensation for this position is:
80,000.00 - 95,000.00 USD
The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
