Project Estimator
Our client offers small and large format digital and screen printing plus digital cutting/routing, guillotine and die cutting to produce all forms of graphics. Main products include vehicle graphics, indoor/outdoor signage and point of purchase graphics while serving restaurant chains, national retail outlets, equipment manufacturers and much more.
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Customer Support Representative / Project Manager. A Project Manager is expected to handle a project from the time the request comes in until it is shipped. This consists of, but is not limited to, estimating, scheduling, confirming job specifications, reviewing artwork, writing pre-press instructions, creating work orders, ordering materials, communicating with all production departments, and updating the client on the progress of the project to completion. Position is full time M-F 8:30-5, compensation will be based on experience on a sliding scale.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Provide estimates for custom work to customers
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
