Position: Project Director, CADA Grant
Department/Division: Becoming Beloved Community/Central Administration
Salary Range: $48,000-$50,000
FLSA Classification: Exempt
Position Duration: Full-time/Grant Funded
Position Schedule: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (Extended hours and weekends may be required)
The Project Director is responsible for the planning, organization, management, implementation, continuous review, and analysis of the project. This includes ensuring that the project complies with funder's requirements, achieves objectives and outcomes, manages budget, and is implemented successfully.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Oversees the daily operations of the project, including timely implementation of all required activities, as detailed in the grant proposal and/or grant agreement or contract
- Administers, prepares, and manages the grant budget to ensure funds are allocated and spent according to project, funder, and college requirements
- Ensures compliance with university and funding agency policies, procedures, and regulations
- Prepares and oversees grant projects in accordance with university policy and in compliance with funder requirements detailed in the grant proposal and/or grant agreement or contract
- Develops and implements continual assessment plans to ensure monitoring of grant goals and objectives
- Collaborates with internal and external partners to optimize delivery of project services
- Works with project and university staff to institutionalize improvements and project components
- Serves as a liaison between the university and project consultants, students, and funding agency
- Communicates grant goals to the university/campus community, campus administrators, faculty, and students
- Serves on campus and university-wide committees, as appropriate
- Performs other duties as assigned

EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university required.
