JOB TITLE: Project Coordinator, Senior
JOB PURPOSE:
Coordinate and manage the operational, financial, and personnel functions of large and/or complex projects within the WWAMI Medical Education program under limited supervision. The initial key project will involve management of faculty contracts, course registrations, and general administrative support of our Medical Education curriculum.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under limited Supervision:
- Coordinate and manage the administrative, financial, and personnel activities of designated large and/or complex project(s).
- Understand project goals and objectives and recommend revisions as necessary; develop and implement a comprehensive plan for delivery and assessment of project objectives and goals.
- Provide administrative support to the WWAMI Medical Education curriculum, including managing faculty contracts and onboarding, student course registrations with the University of Wyoming and the University of Washington, coordination with the assessment team, and other assistance as needed.
- Coordinating marketing for the program as needed, to ensure a consistent and accurate WWAMI media presence.
- Maintain project budgets; disseminate funding and monitor expenses against budget allocations.
- Coordinate, plan, execute, and process all financial expenses for WWAMI outward-facing events in coordination with other members of the administrative team.
- Provide general support for all WWAMI events.
- Liasing with the WWAMI Cheyenne office and reporting updates to the WWAMI director as needed.
- Assisting with providing data for various annual reports.

REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY:
This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience: 3 years work-related experience, including administration, supervision, and counseling experience
Required licensure, certification, registration or other requirements:
- Valid driver's license is required for some positions
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite - specifically advanced knowledge of excel.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop or other photo editing software.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality especially as it relates to FERPA and HIPPA rules.
- Knowledge of Wyocloud financial management system.
- Experience in sending mass correspondences using mail merge.
