Junior Business Analyst

JOB INFORMATION
Job Title: Junior Business Analyst (100% Remote)
Role: Long term Contract
Detailed Description:

• Analyzing enrollee and dentist survey responses to identify themes and trends.
• Generating reports/spreadsheets regarding survey feedback, comments and trends
• Attending weekly team meetings to report on survey activity
• Aligning market research software to match the templates of multiple recurring questionnaires
• Coordinating related projects with necessary stakeholders and internal partners.
• Working together with the Mail Department to keep track of surveys sent and received on a regular basis.

Required Skills/Experience:
BS/BA + minimum of 1 year of experience in research analysis, business analysis, or data analysis is required OR
2. Experience managing and performing in-depth analytics including combining survey research with transactional data to perform trend analysis are required, including using advanced Excel/Access
3. Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills are required
4. Experience in Tableau/Power BI REQUIRED
5. Experience identifying and adapting to imperfect data preferred.
6. Ability to work well in a highly collaborative environment
7. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
8. Strong interpersonal skills and team player
